The company, founded by Jacques Coussy, has over 30 years' experience in cooking whole pigs and lambs, and veal thighs, either on the spit or over a wood fire. It goes without saying that spit-roasted meat is tasty, tender, melting and always hot! In addition to whole spits assembled on site - 1 spit holds 100 kilograms of meat, enough for a meal for 200 people - Jacques Coussy concocts delights ranging from aperitifs to desserts. JC Traiteur also offers fish dishes and simmered cuisine to satisfy every palate. Just state your requirements and get your feet under the table, JC Traiteur will take care of everything (including crockery and tablecloths, if required)!
