Description
Carryout It's a story of friendship, forged at the lycée hôtelier in Aire-sur-l'Adour, between three boys with a passion for gastronomy: Vincent Couralet, Quentin Lanet and Gaëtan Sous. In 2023, they joined forces to set up a catering and restaurant business in the heart of the town. Thus was born Gascuna, whose name refers to Gascony, their home region, a rich agricultural and wine-growing terroir from which they draw the best; the trio identifies and selects products with meticulous care, as locally as possible, to guarantee their cuisine the very best in freshness and gustatory quality. When it comes to event catering, their creations are original and made-to-measure: Vincent, Quentin and Gaëtan concoct personalized menus to suit your wishes and budget. The dining room (up to 60 people) and terrace (up to 20 people standing) are available for private use evenings and weekends for your private and business events. On the restaurant side, a menu of the day is available at lunchtime on weekdays, to eat in or take away. An address of choice!
