Pastry
The Pâtissier Gascon showcases his bakery creations to customers. The house speciality is the tourtière, an apple tart flavoured with Armagnac (a South-West tradition), with a pastry as thin as cigarette paper, golden, crunchy and fragrant. A great moment of pleasure.
