Magor (mascarpone and gorgonzola) and 40-month-old etivaz express the specificities of border cheeses, alongside French cheeses such as comté, chèvre, mont-d'or, persillé de Tignes, bleu de Termignon... Some cheeses are processed on site, such as "Meteor" (a small ball of cow's cheese with grapes), roquefort with quince paste, langres kneaded with kirsch or camembert with cider. Tiramisu, fontainebleau and homemade cheese puffs are prepared with care.
