Butchery "Your artisan butcher awakens the taste" is the promise displayed in this large boutique where professionals are hard at work. Éric Nivot chooses his own meat at Rungis and only brings back the best. Preferring to devote himself to pure butchery, he only prepares meat to order, because his meat is best served natural. Prime rib, lamb (from the Limousin region), leg of lamb, chops and roast veal are all at their best.
