Cheese dairy
Christian, Annie, Bertrand and Marie Rouquie run this family farm on the outskirts of Sarlat with great natural enthusiasm. Their cows are pampered all year round, and their cheeses are made directly after milking, with the milk still warm. Plain and organic fruit yogurts, cream, fromage frais (faisselle, bûche cendrée, herb cheese...), and a very good aged Sarlat tomme.
