In an attractive stone-built house with turret, in the old town of Sarlat where gastronomic activity is concentrated, this Truffe gourmande has been offering its Périgord-tinted products since 1931. Whole duck and goose foie gras, semi-cooked (with torchon or Guérande salt), confit, gizzards, manchon, pâté, rillettes... because with duck, too, everything is good (or almost).
