One of three stores run by the famous Martegoute producer, a specialist in local produce. Here you'll find home-made preserves of whole foie gras au naturel, in blocks and pieces, pure duck rillettes, pâtés with Espelette pepper, pheasant terrines, fritons, gizzards, manchons and other confits, as well as homemade chutneys and sauces, and fine bottles of local wine.
