Elisabeth M cultivates discretion as much as attention to detail. In their patisserie-laboratory, Lisa and Charlotte craft each creation by hand, following the rhythm of the seasons and local produce. Flower-shaped tarts, soft cookies, fruity pop cakes... everything is meticulously thought out, without excess. Their signature Fleur de Tonka is a fine example: crisp sweet pastry, creamy Dulcey chocolate and delicately scented vanilla-tonka ganache. A fresh, fine, well-balanced dessert, at a very fair price for its quality.
