His arrival has not gone unnoticed. World Pastry Champion 2023, Amaury Lafonta chose La Rochelle to open his first boutique, at 68 rue des Merciers, right next to the Old Market. With his partner Xavier Pichon and Timoté Bourre, Meilleur Apprenti de France 2019 in bakery, he has created an artisanal, precise and accessible patisserie.
