Winemaker For two generations, the Jung family has passionately perpetuated the tradition of Alsace wines on its Riquewihr estate. The Jung Roger et Fils estate cultivates 7 grape varieties and vinifies different terroirs, each of which brings a unique aromatic subtlety to their wines. "We produce the full range of Alsace wines, with specific characteristics depending on exposure and soil type. Among them, 4 crémants and 6 different wines from 3 grands crus for a diversified palette", explains Jacques Jung. All grapes are harvested by hand, to keep them whole and preserve their quality. The estate is also HVE certified, recognizing its commitment to environmental preservation. These strong commitments have led to the creation of recognized terroir wines, sold in the heart of the vineyard, at specialized trade fairs and to connoisseur restaurateurs. Tastings and tours are also available to better understand the committed work of these winegrowers.
