Brewer Taken over in 2015 by Jérôme Schwartz, the Hollbeer brewery became the Brasserie du Vignoble. Despite the change of name and image, the rules of production are more or less preserved, in keeping with a respected brewing heritage. You'll be able to taste both classics and specials, from blond to white and amber, as well as seasonal beers such as spring and medieval.
