Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Taken over in 2015 by Jérôme Schwartz, Brasserie Hollbeer became Brasserie du Vignoble. Despite the change of name and image, the rules of production, more or less preserved, are part of a respected brewing heritage. You'll be able to taste both classics and specials, from blond to white and amber, as well as seasonal brews such as spring and medieval.
