Chocolate factory Cécile et la chocolaterie could be the name of the boutique created by this passionate 25-year-old, who enjoyed reading Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" as a child, a source of inspiration for Tim Burton. Selected in 2011 to take part in the Coupe de France des jeunes chocolatiers, she opened her own house in 2017, free to create chocolates from raw materials sourced from small, respectful farms. Her production is a success.
