Winemaker
More than any other winemaker in the Languedoc, Olivier Jullien commands the admiration and respect of his peers. Working his vines organically, he is always on the lookout for combinations and nuances in the variety of soils. Mas Jullien is known for spearheading the Languedoc wine revival, staying at the top of the region and producing elegant, long-keeping wines. Located in Jonquières, in the Terrasses du Larzac, it covers less than 20 hectares.
