Winemaker
Sylvain Fadat and his wife Désirée have developed a real bond with the terroirs of AOC Languedoc Montpeyroux. The Domaine d'Aupilhac, worked naturally and biodynamically, has a well-balanced and diverse vineyard, where Languedoc varieties are highlighted. The vineyard has been progressively enlarged with the acquisition of high altitude terraces: Les Cocalières. The estate covers 26 hectares. The winery is located in the heart of the village, in the family home.
