Wine merchant Max Jourdain, now "Patrick" Jourdain, is an authentic wine merchant (from the association des cavistes authentiques), i.e. an independent wine specialist, of course, but also a bronze medalist at the 2008 whisky masters and winner of the 2009 champagne ambassador competition. The bottles are nicely arranged by terroir in wooden racks, the space is pleasant, the owner friendly and the staff pleasant - in short, a serious business! And for whisky lovers, the 80 blended, pure and single malt references are all worth trying...
