Description
Pastry After seven years in Épinal, Cindy and Sébastien Marchal opened a boulangerie-pâtisserie in Gérardmer in 2022. The establishment allows visitors to watch bread being made by Sébastien, the baker: "The laboratory is open. It's an attraction!" he enthuses. From the wood-fired oven come classic and Tradition baguettes made with natural sourdough, as well as a dozen special breads, including the famous Chia with 8 grains and seeds. All made with flours from the Clefcy mill, whose wheat comes from Lorraine's natural parks and sustainable agriculture. In viennoiserie, the choice is wide, from brioches to snails with raisins, chocolate twists... As for cakes, Cindy, pastry chef, offers original creations (tiramisù with speculoos, tartelette with carambar, special Christmas logs...). Custom cakes can also be made to order. Last but not least, the company offers a wide range of snacks (burgers, quiches, sandwiches, wraps, salads...) and daily specials. Takeaway or eat-in, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a view of the mountains from the terrace in summer!
