Chocolate factory A renowned chocolatier, a beautiful shop just a stone’s throw from Place Stanislas. Behind the chocolate-filled storefront lies a treat for chocolate lovers: single-origin chocolate bars—dark, milk, and Dulcey—assortments of ganaches and pralines, chocolates made with fruits from Lorraine—mirabelle plums, blueberries, bergamot, chocolate spreads, and specialties like “oignons de jonquilles.” Schmitt also has locations in Gérardmer and Remiremont.
