Bakery Laurine is a pastry chef, Hugo a baker. Together, they opened their own establishment in 2023, with the ambition of expressing their know-how, creativity and passion for the trade in the purest artisanal tradition. With 100% homemade products and a selection of seasonal produce, it didn't take long for the establishment to build up a loyal clientele as gourmet as it is demanding. Hugo's range of breads includes baguettes made from semolina. The result is a particularly appetizing crunch. Laurine revisits the great pastry classics. Her caramelized mille-feuilles, for example, are a real treat for the taste buds. Last but not least, there's a wide range of hot and cold snacks, also prepared according to Mother Nature's bounty, as well as artisanal ice creams during the summer months.
