Bakery At the entrance to the commune of Gray, don't miss the bakery run by Jean, who makes the bread, and Mumu (Muriel), who sells it; it would be a real shame to miss out! Both work in good spirits in this store, which they've been running since summer 2018 and which they wanted to reflect their image: warm and friendly. Known for the quality of their work, these committed artisans are renowned for their range of sourdough breads, home-made viennoiseries and snack products (quiches, savory tarts, sandwiches, pans bagna...), seasonal fruit tarts, etc. And let's not forget the famous pâté en croûte, which contributes to the establishment's excellent reputation. Customer reviews are unanimous, and can be summed up in one word: excellent! It has to be said that, from his lab, Jean makes everything in the store, from A to Z, and from quality ingredients. "And what about the pastries? Does Jean make them too?". The smiling owner is quick to reply: "Yes, of course, and with pleasure, at weekends and to order". Open Monday to Saturday, 6.30am to 1.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
