Bakery In the village of Taurines, in the heart of Aveyron, Mathieu Letellier's bakery is always busy. It has to be said that this passionate craftsman is as committed to tradition and quality as his uniquely skilled employees. Here, Label Rouge natural sourdough bread punctuates every batch, while the pastry chefs are busy preparing 100% homemade sweet treats, including the caramelized choux that have made the place famous. High-flying, top-of-the-range delicacies, but also a tribute to Aveyron with the production of échaudés, the famous aniseed cake in the shape of Proust's madeleine that revives the memories of conquered customers... and mouths agape at the XXL loaves that can reach 2 meters!
