Bakery After working for four years with Jean-Luc Beauhaire in Leguevin, Clément Béteille has applied the values and techniques he learned from this renowned artisan baker, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1997. Committed to quality and homemade products, Clément uses Label Rouge flours for Lucoise, his signature rustic and very crisp baguette. Another house specialty is the fouace aveyronnaise, a recipe that has been handed down from baker to baker for a century, using traditional methods; as well as the tourte de seigle, with Marcillac wine and shallots... two creations that won over the jury of M6's show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France. As for viennoiseries, imagination is also the order of the day, with a new creation every month. The classics are sublimated: chocolate praline striped chocolatine, two-tone raspberry croissant or a flan in six different flavors. At the heart of this resourceful house, respect for - and even rediscovery of - tradition goes hand in hand with inspired creativity. In short, a French artisan who also knows how to make us dream! Open Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 12:45pm and 4:30pm to 7pm; Sundays, 7am to 12:15pm.
