Butchery For the past 10 years, this butcher's shop, located not far from the Montparnasse train station, has belonged to the family of Sarah Rimasson and Florian Gueguen - a family in the business for 30 years! In other words, it's a veritable saga that's been perpetuated over the years. Faithful to tradition, Florian selects top-of-the-range meats to delight his customers' taste buds: red gold Limousin beef, milk-fed Limousin veal (Blason prestige) raised under the mother's milk, Baronet du Limousin lamb and Label Rouge farmhouse poultry from the Landes. Occasionally, the butcher offers you discovery products such as Kobe beef, Bresse chicken, Galician meat and matured meat... For the holidays, Sarah and Florian suggest festive homemade roasts, festive poultry from the Landes and all year round, various sausages, delicatessen dishes and roasts. Here, the choice of products and their gustatory quality are paramount to enhance the artisanal production to which the duo is particularly attached, and to satisfy a demanding clientele.
