Anthony, son of Antonio, who won an award for his baguette and is now a supplier to the Elysées, grew up with the fragrance of breads baked in his father's oven. Based on wheat flour, he in turn won the prize for the best baguette in 2014, in pure family tradition. The Swiss brioche (made with Viennese pastry, crème pâtissière and chocolate chips), is one of his first recommendations.
