Butchery Located right next to the covered market, the store, aptly named, is in full swing from early morning onwards. The butchers are practically cutting up the finest cuts of meat in the shop window. From free-range chickens and Bigorre black pork to Doumbéa-Sojadam ham ("the real old-fashioned Paris ham", made in the capital using traditional methods, without colorants or preservatives), this is a showcase for a certain idea of quality.
