Butchery Bàm is THE butchery and delicatessen that's making a name for itself! Located on the outskirts of Toulouse and run by a young, dynamic team, it welcomes an ever-growing clientele, attracted by the quality of its meats and the freshness of its prepared dishes. All meats are sourced locally, from the prodigious terroir of the South-West... black pork from Bigorre, lamb from the Pyrenees or beef from Aubrac. On the ready-to-eat side, the ten to fifteen daily specials give pride of place to family-style cooking. You'll enjoy lasagne, cooked roasts and dishes in sauce, as well as more elaborate recipes, including the unmissable pâté en croûte and stuffed cabbage (the house was a finalist in the 2024 French championships). The "Brasero" service is one of the team's great ideas for preparing grilled meats at home. Bàm will also be present at La Friche Gourmande, in Balma Gramont, from April 2025. It's the perfect opportunity to sample the butcher's tapas. Bàm? Conviviality at the service of taste.
