Chocolate factory
The daughter of a chocolatier, Claire, a former LEA student, took up chocolate-making as soon as her father left her the keys. Here, chocolates taste like what they are. The matcha green tea housed in a white chocolate ganache is a model of balance. As is the "Toulousaine", a superb ganache with figs, honey and walnuts, or the "Garonne", a tangy, fruity chocolate with blackcurrant and violet. Second address: 18, place Saint-Georges.
