Description
Pastry For the love of (very) good food, this artisan bakery is dedicated to sharing its values of 100% home-made, without improvers or additives. Baker-patissier-glacier-chocolatier-confiseur Amalric and his partner, Alysée, have been at it for three years, and with great success. Pure butter PDO Viennese pastries, New York rolls, rose-shaped lemon meringue tarts, cereal bread and seeds by the slice... Their creations, made from high-quality raw ingredients and local whenever possible, are accessible at reasonable prices. Gourmets enjoy coming here all year round: in summer, the preservative-free, low-sugar pure-fruit ice creams and sorbets give way, in winter, to a range of some fifteen chocolate bonbons and the Maison's famous marrons glacés. Last but not least, if you have a special event to celebrate, you can count on Amalric's creativity to make the personalized cakes or pièces montées of your dreams: they're as beautiful as they are delicious!
