The wholegrain bread is delicious, with a uniform texture and a soft, rich crumb with good taste. It's perfectly baked, with a lightly crisp crust and full-flavored seeds. The quiche lorraine is just as tasty, with an ideal shortbread crust, real lardons and a superb filling.
