Chocolate factory
This is Philippe Bel's main den: the boutique and the laboratory. This talented MOF (2004), known in France and in Japan, regularly offers us tasty surprises. The little caramel-covered palets, the chocolate-covered marshmallows, the homemade cocoa liqueur or the fine double-sided palets: coconut on the obverse side and chocolate on the reverse, are the source of great gourmet moments.
