Yves Jacques
In 1932, Gilberte and André Jacques settled in Baye, in the heart of the Petit Morin hillsides, where they planted their first vineyard. In 1962, Gisèle and Yves Jacques continued to expand the business and created the Yves Jacques brand. Twenty years later, Valérie and Rémi took over the family business and acquired new terroirs. The new generation - Virginie, Quentin, Pauline and Bastien - are the guardians of the family heritage and know-how. The estate covers 17 hectares in the Marne valley, Côte des Blancs and Aube regions. The vineyard is planted with the three Champagne grape varieties in equal proportions, and is cultivated with care and sustainability. In 2021, the estate will be awarded both VDC and HVE certification.
