The quintessence of Pinot Meunier from selected plots - it's right there on the label! All the delicacy of the great Pinot Meuniers is revealed in this vintage. The nose is very spicy, slightly buttery, with a light vanilla woodiness and hints of smoke and white truffle. On the palate, these flavors are accompanied by great vivacity, and an enormous length around the quince. The finish is long and voluminous. Enjoy with gourmet dishes, or wait a few more years.
