Gault&Millau's review
The family estate has been located in Troissy, not far from Dormans for six generations. They mainly grow Pinot Meunier but Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can also be found on the 40 different plots that make up the vineyard. This richness of soil is exploited in plot cuvées. Alexis Leconte manages the estate; he favours winemaking in barrels for plot vintages. You can also stay in the gite if you feel like exploring the region.
