This vintage offers a creamy nose of white flowers and honey, with lime and lemon zest, and sweet-sour waxy notes. The bubbles are fine, with a lacy mousse. Fresh, thick butter melts in the mouth. Flavors of toast, roasted nuts and some bitter notes contrast with sweet dried fruit, before a smooth finish.
