A Chablis aged in barrels and amphoras that leaves no one indifferent. The nose is racy and powerful, with aromas of gunflint, brioche, apple turnover, apricot and curry. On the palate, the word "racy" takes on its full meaning: muscular, powerful yet elegant. The ageing is still a little marked and only needs to develop a patina. The vinosity combines with a saline, zesty finish. Long live this wine!

Vincent Couche

Vincent Couche is best known for the champagnes he produces in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. But for several years now, he has also owned 14 hectares of vines in northern Burgundy, in the commune of Molesme, with terroirs close to Chablis (Kimmeridgian) but also to the Centre-Loire (Oxfordian). This high proportion of limestone produces wines with great tension and excellent ageing potential. It produces white and red wines (in various appellations, including Chablis), as well as sparkling wines. The wines are matured both in barrel and in amphora. Excellent value for money for these biodynamic wines.
