This rosé blends only grapes from a plot of old Verzy vines, the finest bunches being used to make the red wine. The nose opens with a range of red fruits, including a superb strawberry that is both light and deep. On the palate, the wine is greedy on the attack and precise on the finish. The absence of dosage makes it remarkably drinkable. A very fine rosé.
