Gault&Millau's review
In 1952, the Cave Particulière des Sablons became a cooperative winery, then merged with two other Aigues-Mortes cooperative wineries, the Cave Saint Louis and the Cave du Môle. From then on, the entity was called Sabledoc. The group also merged with the Cave Coopérative des Remparts in 2007. Today, some 100 winegrowers work around 580 hectares of vines in the communes of Aigues-Mortes, Saint-Laurent-d'Aigouze and Vauvert.
