Gault&Millau's review
2023
92/100

Dried fruits (walnuts) and date honey tell the rancio story, accompanied by cloves that give a slightly rooty, almost medicinal edge. The palate is deliciously oxidized, delicate, with freshness, small red and black fruits, not forgetting a pinch of spice.
