This cuvée, created as a tribute to Raymond Verrier, founder of the brand in 1929, is draped in an attractive, brilliant color. The aromatic palette is characterized by stewed white fruit, quince and fresh walnuts. The palate is dense, straightforward and homogeneous, with a delicate, pleasurable chewiness. And the freshness is just right. A mealtime champagne to be tried with cochonnaille ravioli and andouille sausage chips.
