A 100% pinot noir cuvée, aged in barrels. The expressive nose reveals toasty aromas. Full-bodied on the palate. Rich, ripe and full of tension, this wine bears up well to the absence of dosage, and is even better after a year's cellaring. Best served with scallops with porcini cream.
