The rose petal color reveals aromas of strawberry tartlet, frangipane and candied raspberry, awakened by blood orange peel. On the palate, the patisserie character is reinforced by a controlled dosage. Creamy bubbles titillate the palate right through to the finish. A wine that goes better with roast pigeon than with a fruity dessert.

Trouillard

Maison Trouillard was founded in 1896 by Lucien Trouillard. The family kept the estate going over the years, before joining forces in 2006 with the Gobillard family, based in Hautvillers, where the head office is now located. The estate owns around thirty hectares, planted equally with the three main Champagne grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier). The winery, located in the commune of Dizy, is open Monday to Friday for visits and on-site sales.
