This is a very classic cuvée, fresh and floral, very Chardonnay with a touch of flowers, aniseed, almonds and dried fruit. Pear is also present, adding crunch and a salivating quality. The whole is invigorating, refreshing and festive. For an aperitif, to open and whet the appetite, this cheerful cuvée will be much appreciated.

Trouillard

Maison Trouillard was founded in 1896 by Lucien Trouillard. The family kept the estate going for decades. In 2006, it joined forces with the Gobillard family, based in Hautvillers, where the head office is now located. The estate owns around thirty hectares, planted equally with the three main Champagne grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier). The winery is located in the commune of Dizy.
