This cuvée, issued from Pinot Noir from the 2003 harvest, was bottled after 5 years in the cellar and disgorged in 2019. The bubbles seem fleeting. The nose reveals aromas of roasted nuts. On the palate, the balance between freshness and old brandy flavours is pleasant. The finish invigorates the palate with a nice chalky tension. This affordable gastronomic wine could be paired with poultry with truffles.
