Gault&Millau's review
For more than 150 years, the estate has cultivated some 6 ha of vines classified as Ambonnay Grand Cru in the heart of the Reims mountains. Three generations of Petit (Alexandre, Théophile and André) have succeeded one another, and it is now Bénédicte Bérard-Meuret, André's niece, who holds the reins of the estate. The viticultural methods employed are close to those of organic farming (grassing of plots, sexual confusion). The wines are aged for long periods in the cellar, with a high proportion of reserve wines in the blend. The estate welcomes visitors in a large tasting room and offers an overnight gîte to extend the experience.
