Aromatic aromas of candied fruit, almond, pear, sweet spices, citrus fruit and zest on a gourmet background. Powerful on the palate, revealing a beautiful bitterness for gastronomic pairings. We love the endless length enhanced by a persistent saltiness. A fine match with pineapple pork.

The estate was created in the fifties by Georges Serveaux who owned just under a hectare of vines planted in Pinot Meunier. Then, together with his son Pascal, Georges bought land and planted vines for more than 40 years. The grandchildren took over the estate between 2000 and 2010. Today they offer champagnes coming from 15 hectares planted with Pinot Meunier (60%), Chardonnay (22%) and Pinot Noir (18%).
