Founded in 1962 in Ambonnay by 58 winegrowers, Saint-Réol now brings together 230 winegrowers across 142 ha. Centered on the values of quality, terroir, and excellence, this cooperative winery is unique in that it is one of the few brands to market exclusively 100% Grand Cru champagnes, sourced from prestigious villages such as Aÿ, Avize, and Le Mesnil. The wines age in deep cellars, ensuring finesse and complexity. Cellar master Angélique Zahm oversees the winemaking and blending processes, which highlight Pinot Noir, Ambonnay’s flagship grape variety.
