Saint-Chamant
Founded in 1930 by Pierre and Hélène Coquillette, the house is now run by Stéphane Coquillette, representing the third generation. Based in Épernay, the company owns 11.5 ha of vines, mainly planted with Chardonnay Grand Cru in Chouilly, with a small plot of Pinot Meunier in Épernay. A specialist in blanc de blancs, Saint-Chamant relies on long ageing on lees. The wines are disgorged only when ordered, preserving their freshness and unique complexity.
