Petit nez timide au démarrage, mais assez flatteur avec un peu d’oxygène. Des notes de fruits blancs, jaunes et rouges, des agrumes et du citron confit. Suivent les notes pâtissières de tarte sablée et de spéculos, c’est plutôt agréable et ça appelle la table ! En bouche, on retrouve de la suavité, un peu de dosage et cette rondeur pâtissière. Pour autant, pas de lourdeur, la bulle est dynamique et la finale saline, amenant une belle profondeur à ce champagne aussi aromatique que crémeux.

Royer Père et Fils

Present for three generations, the Royer family works a vineyard located mainly on the hillsides of Landreville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. They ensure the continuity of a wealth of experience that is reflected in their cuvées. From vine cultivation to blending and champagnization, the domaine expresses its know-how and traditions. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the grape varieties grown on their 25 hectares of vines, which are planted and worked in an environmentally-friendly way, with HVE3 certification.
