Their champagnes are often beautifully vinous. For several years now, in addition to the organic certification obtained in 2022, agroforestry has been implemented on the estate, with the planting of different species of trees and plant cover in a spirit of "frugal viticulture". For several years now, sheep have been grazing in the vines, acting as a natural weedkiller. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts, fermentations in wood (demi-muids, new barrels or not), perpetual reserve in vats since 1995, and long, even very long, aging on laths all contribute to the elaboration of the different cuvées, without fining or filtration.
