The flagship of this house, this cuvée is made from equal parts pinot noir and chardonnay, based on a 40% harvest in 2016, with the remaining 60% coming from a solera of previous vintages. The nose is marked by dried fruits (hazelnuts and almonds) and pastry aromas. The palate is voluminous and the bubbles are very present. The finish is marked by bitterness and redcurrant jelly. Ideal as an aperitif on its own.
